The Whole Green Cafe began as a simple idea—a cozy juice and smoothie bar inspired by a passion for fresh, wholesome living. Founder Tom soon realized he wanted to do more than just serve drinks; he wanted to share his love for cooking nutritious, plant-based meals with his family, friends, and community.

That vision came to life in Delray Beach, where the first Whole Green Cafe opened its doors. Since 2018, Tom has grown the Whole Green family—building a dedicated team, expanding a vibrant, health-focused menu, and becoming a beloved hidden gem in the heart of Downtown Delray.

After years of love and support from our local community, we were proud to open our second location in Pompano Beach in 2023. Whether you're here for a quick smoothie or a nourishing meal, we're excited to welcome you to the Whole Green experience.
